ABOUT US
Cudjoe Construction and Industrial Services Limited is a multi-faceted, multi-disciplined enterprise with thirty plus years of experience operating in an extremely diverse industrial environment. With an unwavering core competency in Turnaround Planning and Management, CCISL boasts a core team that is well versed and experienced in the planning of projects, meeting deadlines, operating in environments that are both challenging and stressful while delivering results, and maintaining in service plant and equipment.

Incorporated in 1977, what began as a housing construction contractor, Cudjoe Construction and Industrial Services Limited has evolved into one of the premier suppliers of complete turnaround management services in Trinidad and Tobago. Having provided these and related type services to clients over the length and breadth of the island’s very diverse energy sector, CCISL continues to increase its scope of supply and client base, while maintaining its core strength – Turnaround Management.

Since shifting its focus to the provision of industrial maintenance services, CCISL has steadily increased its scope to include the full spectrum of planning, management, and execution resources required to execute complete turnaround packages. Covering all aspects of the turnaround project life-cycle ranging from pre-project planning and procurement, to execution and final closeout reporting, CCISL has amassed vast experience in these disciplines and has developed various competencies in the rehabilitation of most of the equipment commonly found on refinery and process plants.

While enjoying ‘Preferred Contractor Status’ at Yara Trinidad Limited, in 1994, CCISL launched our training division to ensure our brand of quality and consistency that makes our operations stand out. Providing training in the various craft disciplines currently practiced in refineries and on process plants, the CCISL program wasn’t solely geared toward simulated training at the classroom level, which tends to churn out practitioners with limited field experience, but rather developed trainees into specialists with actual hands-on on-the-job training.

Featured disciplines included Pipe and Plant Fitting, Rigging and Load Management, Welding and Fabrication, Insulation Works, and Machine Shop Technologies.
